High School Awards recognize outstanding vocal and instrumental music students graduating from each Milwaukee area high school.

Each Milwaukee area high school may nominate two (2) graduating seniors - one vocalist and one instrumentalist - to receive the 2008 High School Award.

The award includes a certificate suitable for framing and a pocket music dictionary. CMA recommends that these be presents at your school or music organization's final banquet. You may also request that a CMA Board member present the award at your ceremony.

To make a nomination, please print the form at right and submit to the Civic Music Association of Milwaukee. All nominations must be postmarked no later than May 15, 2008.
