Thank you for your interest in sponsoring KIDS MUSICFEST. Your support of KIDS MUSICFEST helps provide young people with the opportunity to know the joy of making music through this fun, educational, hands-on event for the whole family. Studying music is impactful to a child because it teaches valuable life skills such as critical thinking, time management, and responsibility. These are all transferable life lessons that can lead students to become contributing community members, even leaders, and future champions for the importance of the arts in our world!
SPONSORSHIP AMENITIES
PRESENTING SPONSOR
TWO-YEAR SPONSORSHIP: $8,000 (2026 - $4,000 | 2027 - $4,000)
Category exclusivity: As Presenting Sponsor, your company will be the only one of its product or service category associated with KIDS MUSICFEST.
PRINT MATERIALS: Your name or logo featured in all print materials distributed for the event and included in the sponsor logo lineup at twice the size of other logos.
SOCIAL MEDIA: Your name or logo will be included in all Facebook and Instagram posts. Three social media posts, to be created by your organization, will promote your organization specifically.
ONLINE: Your name or logo included in the sponsor logo lineup on the online KIDS MUSICFEST page at twice the size of other sponsor logos and on the CIVIC MUSIC MKE website’s donor roster.
PRINT ADVERTISING: Your name or logo mentioned when possible in print advertising.
PUBLIC RELATIONS: Your name or company’s name noted to the best of our ability in appearances on local TV and/or radio.
AT THE EVENT: Your name or logo prominent on KIDS MUSICFEST signage, including large welcome signage and in the event program.
EVENT VIDEO: Your name or logo included in the sponsor logo lineup in the video created for event promotion and posted on the CIVIC MUSIC MKE website.
EMCEE RECOGNITION: Your sponsorship will be noted in introductions on both KMF stages as well as at CIVIC MUSIC MKE’s twice-annual “Live at the Ivy!” event.
TABLE FOR EIGHT: You or your company will receive a table at both “Live at the Ivy!” events in Fall 2026 and Spring 2027. “Thank You to Our KIDS MUSICFEST Presenting Sponsor (Your Name)” signage will be placed on your table. Your guests will each receive a cocktail or other beverage on the house.
NEWSLETTER: CIVIC MUSIC MKE’s Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 “Music Notes” newsletter will include a feature article about you and/or your company and its commitment to youth music and the arts, to be written by you or CIVIC MUSIC MKE and mailed to 1,200 patrons, emailed to another 1,200 patrons, and available on the CIVIC MUSIC MKE website.
