Thank you for your interest in sponsoring KIDS MUSICFEST. Your support of KIDS MUSICFEST helps provide young people with the opportunity to know the joy of making music through this fun, educational, hands-on event for the whole family. Studying music is impactful to a child because it teaches valuable life skills such as critical thinking, time management, and responsbility. These are all transferable life lessons that can lead students to become contributing community members, even leaders, and future champions for the importance of the arts in our world.

PRESENTING SPONSOR
LANDMARK CREDIT UNION: 2024 & 2025
One-Year Sponsorship (2024): $3,000 • Two-Year Sponsorship (2024 & 2025): $5,000
Category exclusivity: As Presenting Sponsor, your company will be the only one of its product or service category associated with the event. This is an exclusive opportunity that features all available sponsorship inclusions, as follows:
Name in logo: Your logo will be part of the KIDS MUSICFEST logo, e.g.: CIVIC MUSIC MKE
KIDS MUSICFEST

Print materials: As part of the KIDS MUSICFEST logo, your logo will be featured in all print materials to be distributed to the public in advance of the event. It will also be included in the sponsor logo lineup at twice the size of other sponsor logos.
Social media: Your company’s name will be included in all posts on Facebook and Instagram. In addition, no less than eight social media posts will promote your organization specifically (content to be created with CIVIC MUSIC MKE approval).
Online: In addition to name-in-logo inclusion, your logo will be included in the sponsor logo lineup on the online event program at twice the size of other sponsor logos. In addition, your logo will be included in the donor roster on the CIVIC MUSIC MKE website for one year, two years for a two-year sponsorship.
Print advertising: As part of the KIDS MUSICFEST logo and in the sponsor logo lineup, your logo will be included in all print advertising.
Radio advertising: Your company's name will be mentioned in all radio ads.
Public relations: Your company's name will be mentioned in public relations appearances on local TV and radio.
At the event: As part of the KIDS MUSICFEST logo, your logo will be prominent on signage at KIDS MUSICFEST, including on large welcome signage and the day-of schedule of events.
Event video: Your logo will be included in the sponsor logo lineup in the video used to promote the second year of the event as well as posted on the CIVIC MUSIC MKE website.
Emcee recognition: Your sponsorship will be noted in introductions on KIDS MUSICFEST stages. In addition, your sponsorship will be noted at CIVIC MUSIC MKE’S “Live at the Ivy!” events October 2025 and May 2026.
Table for eight: Your company will receive a table for eight at both “Live at the Ivy!” events October 2025 and May 2026. “Thank You to Our KIDS MUSICFEST Presenting Sponsor (Your Name)” signage will be placed on your table. In addition, each member of your group will receive their first “signature cocktail”/beverage on the house.
Newsletter: The Fall 2025 issue of CIVIC MUSIC MKE’S Music Notes newsletter will include a feature article about your company and its commitment to youth music opportunities and the arts, to be written by CIVIC MUSIC MKE. Your company logo/name will also be included in all issues during your sponsorship year(s) mailed to 1,200 patrons, emailed to another 1,200 patrons, and available on the CIVIC MUSIC MKE website.
