KIDS MUSICFEST
Join us for fun, families and music! Meet area youth music organizations, soak up some knowledge, join in on some fun, and listen to live performances by participating youth music organizations. Tons of stuff planned for all ages!
When: Sun., Nov. 10, 11AM - 4PM
Where: MYAC, 325 W. Walnut St.
Admission: Free!
Open to high school vocal and instrumental students in grades 10-12 who live in Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Waukesha, Washington or Racine County performing at or above WSMA Class A. Audition Day also includes various workshops.

Enjoy musical sets from classical to jazz and strings to singers. All performers are students and adults associated with CIVIC MUSIC MKE.

LIFE LESSONS THROUGH MUSIC
Scholarships provide private lessons with a professional musician to selected music students new to private study (>25 hours), living in the 5 county greater Milwaukee area, and whose family would welcome a financial helping hand.
Staff and board members are available to make a presentation to students. Contact us to make that a reality!

HIGH SCHOOL AWARDS
Music educators are encouraged to nominate a student to receive an award in recognition of their musicianship, scholarship, leadership and service to their schools. Recipients receive a certificate and gold lapel pin.

CIVIC MUSIC MKE directly serves hundreds of young musicians and music educators each year through educational experiences, scholarship programs, performance opportunities and award recognition. Hundreds more are touched indirectly through connections made within the community of Milwaukee musicians, music teachers, and arts organizations. The arts enrich all our lives.
